At F1 Authentics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your piece of Formula 1 history. If your official memorabilia or teamwear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt, provided it remains in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack your item in its original packaging, including all certificates of authenticity and protective materials to ensure the memorabilia remains mint during transit.

  Ship to Authentics HQ

  Affix the provided return label or ship via a tracked courier service to our UK-based facility, ensuring you retain proof of postage for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition and authenticity tags, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
